Why do I have to enter 2 passwords to unlock my device?

If you have to enter two passwords to unlock your device is the result of the old security still being active in addition to Conseel’s unlocking capabilities. At the time of installing Conseel, Conseel added another layer of PIN security. Without removing the old passwords, you will have to enter 2 passwords to unlock the device, your old password and a new one created within Conseel. You may increase suspicion with the prying eyes if you have 2 passwords to unlock you device. We recommend that you first remove the existing passwords by selecting the option “open with a swipe” or something similar. When you enable the phone lock functionality within Conseel’s home screen, it will now take over as the primary lock screen.
